Booking 2–3 weeks prior is advised, with the busy season being between May and September. For business gatherings or private functions, reserve 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure availability and sufficient time for personalization.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is paramount. If the captain determines the weather to be unsafe, an alternate date for your booking will be offered or a complete refund will be issued. We closely track weather forecasts and will inform you 24 hours prior to your departure if the weather seems unsuitable.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, personal food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. We also provide outstanding catering services and can tailor menus according to your taste. Note that for security reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.

What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations submitted 72 hours in advance of departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, unless as a result of unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties from our end.
